Passed Hors d'oeuvre: Tray-passed bites are finished on site at the party and circulated to your guests by our staff.

Balance's passed hors d'oeuvre menu features items that can be eaten neatly by people standing up without plates. This is a great option if you want your guests to be able to mingle throughout the course of the party.

We can either use an existing kitchen or set-up our own kitchen depending on the site location. All of our passed bites are placed on platters that have been garnished with fresh flowers.

Drop-off Parties: This is Balance's most economical option. We package and deliver our tasty treats on platters and deliver them to your event location. Our chefs have specifically created our "drop off" menu with foods that remain delicious from beginning of the party to the end without any fussing from the host.

Buffet Displays / Stations: These are either room temperature or hot bites that are beautifully displayed and can be part of a passed hors d'oeuvre party or can be set-up as the main feature of the party.
